The Coming Cyber War

As a student of Information Security, I try to keep abreast of the latest news developments about this subject. I was cruising through my usual political sites, when I happened upon this little tidbit. It looks like a Cyber War is coming between the United States and Iran. I wonder what that would actually be like…to be in war fought entirely online? Preparing for battle #OWS

I imagine preparing to take on Wall St. to these sounds right here. The message though brief is an inspiration for a generation! “You stole it all, give it back!” Radiohead is flipping awesome!!! Enjoy the sounds, then Occupy!

Kangaroo Rat @ Omnitrans

During my afternoon break at work, I usually walk around the compound for fresh air and exercise. On Friday, I discovered this Kangaroo Rat lying dead in the grass. This is not the first time I have seen a Kangaroo Rat running around Omnitrans. I spotted one a couple months back and was astounded that I was looking at a creature on the Endangered Species list. If they are running around Omnitrans, I'm sure there are more of them than we think there are.

Another Blow to San Bernardino's Reputation

San Bernardino Budget Lodge As we, the citizens of San Bernardino, attempt to rebuild our reputational status as an All-American City, this news comes as a painful body blow to that effort. During the November 2011 San Bernardino election cycle, the Police Union distributed a flyer to 3rd Ward residents about Sex Offender packing at a motel at the edge of the city. Why the Police Union waited until election season to release details about this is unknown. But this goes to show that council members in their respective wards must keep a vigilant eye about what goes inside them.
